You cant fit a +1 valve on the intake side without replacing the seat. But the exhuast side will fit with lots of room.

Nice link. Prior, I was under the impression that the earlier models had a "weaker" valvetrain, later replaced with a better "stronger" valvetrain.

How can I check by VIN#? I'd take off the VC but I haven't had time do anything besides drive the car to and from school and work 7 days a week.

I don't think Nikos is talking about springs. The only thing he mentions is the valve and retainer.

Also the 06 TSX has a 36mm intake valve.

 

how much do the k20a2 retainers weigh in vs the s2000

 

So in order for the S2 valves to work in say, an 02 k20a2, we need the valves, retainers for both the intake and exhaust, and the seats for the intake. I want to try this out, we have atleast one spare head laying around the shop
