i got a question i Tried looking for answers but i couldn't find anything.

Hybrid Racing K Swap Bolt-In Short Shifter vs k tuned no cut shifter box?

Have you used both or have you had both and which one would you prefer and why? I'm contemplating on which one to get. I can get a ktuned one for $350 brand new but i know hybrid racing makes quality parts so im just asking for further info. also if possible pros and cons.

thanks guys.

I wanted the HR shifter box but i decided to roll with the ktuned box because it was new to the market and no one has there hands on it. So far there is no issue, rather than my 2nd gear synchro but yes its was postion short throw already i didnt notice i was in 2nd gear when slowly shifting..but than again go with your guts im pretty sure both will do good

K tuned is mounted from the bottom and regardless you shouldnt have a problem with ur exhaust at all.

Hybrid Racing FTMFW. Just because things may seem to look better don't forget it needs to also perform and last. With that being said my HR Shifter has been going on strong for years! Still solid as ever!! :driving:

As stated above looks better AND feels like a better, sturdier built unit

I have had both. I personally thought the HR was pretty solid and exact but actually liked the... slight slop of the OEM shifter better. The HR felt very precise and took a bit of adjusting to find the sweet spot for me. Not really a down side since OEM can't be adjusted of course. Personally I like the feel of OEM shifter with modded cables ;)
