nah... I didn't buy it b/c it was cool because it's purple. I thought they were good shocks until I got them. I can't believe how shitty they are man!

I am very sorry to hear about this incident but relieved to hear that no one was injured. Obviously the experiences you have had with D2 coilovers are out of the norm, we would not be a successful and continually growing company otherwise. In fact of the over 10,000 sets of D2 sold in the US within the last 6 years
we have never had a shock break under normal conditions.
While there can be many factors that can cause a failure like you experienced and it would be nearly impossible to narrow it down to a single cause. We are prepared to offer you a full refund for the original purchase cost of your coilovers if you would like to return the complete setup.

Here's #2 after I sent him a receipt

No Limit looked at a copy of the invoice and claimed that isn’t their invoice or selling price and their system goes all the way back to January 2004. Without proper documentation there is nothing we can do as we don’t even know if the coilovers were purchased while we were the US importer.
**Needless to say I sent D2 an email that was not so nice - WTF - they serviced my shocks twice, when I paid out of pocket everything is okay and now they are telling me that it's not after the last two rebuild came from them!

Sorry but as I stated before without verifying that it came from one of our distributors which purchased it through us our hands are tied.
I'm not trying to be a squeaky wheel because it's obvious that I need their help and I don't really have another 1k or more to spend on some nice shocks. But dam* he just bait n switch his response! :down:
