Today I got my type-S flushmount wing to go with my type-s lip. got it way sooner than I thought, since i just ordered it monday afternoon & also picked up an s2k cmc from my buddy at honda. In this pic you can also see the cut out for the edm rear fog which I recently sold and picked up another stock rear bumper since its no longer the look im going for & trying to cut as much weight as possible.

Got a start on the brake tuck this weekend. I highly recommend the Bolt boys brake tuck, comes with everything you need, with fittings already separated into sections and a good price. Only got to the rear lines since weather wasnt too good, will finish up this sunday

Awesome build! Are you also using a TSX tranny?

I had a question about the engine bay. Is the only difference between a 5th gen and 4th gen essentially that red 4th gen driver side bracket you had to weld in?

Thanks, yes I am using the 2006 tsx tranny since the hasport kit only allows you to run that or an accord tranny & yes the only difference would be that driverside mount bracket.
 
Yeah, I was sorta wondering why they went that route with the tranny but I guess with what's out there now for the EG/EK/DC2, that left a lot of TSX trannies untouched and unwanted up until now. I was wondering because I always thought the stock Prelude shifter was compatible with the RSX shifter cables and transmission.

And good to know about the bracket! :D

any updates?
Well got the carbon sunroof plug that took longer than expected but well worth it. also picked up a kidd racing big tube header that clears the subframe since the SSR I have is for a k20 and was sitting too close to the rack, will be for sale soon. & the car should be heading to the paint shop within the next 2 weeks. will post updated pics soon :up:

So, havent updated any of my threads in months. Car is at the paint shop getting its new Grigio color. I picked up new moldings/new Quarter windows. Still debating color matching my spoon mirrors & carbon sunroof, or leaving them carbon. Any input would be great. Since my last post I installed the carbon sunroof and sold my SSR k20 header due to clearance issues with the rack. I picked up a Kidd racing Big tube header with more clearance, that fits great. I also picked up some brembo blank rotors and EBC red stuff, aswell as some black harnesses for my seats. A friend also gave me a pair of 2005 tsx projectors, so a retrofit is in the plans for the coming months once the car is out. Pics should be up by next week.

Sunroof removed and brackets welded for the carbon sunroof plug. The lighter/Faster kit brought mostly rivets but i decided to make brackets and have them all welded on. Ill post some pics of the fitment after paint.

It's been at the paint shop for about a month and a half and finally this week hes gotten down to business. Here's the current status as of today, hope to be painted by the end on the week.
