Hello,

Posted in the wrong place so lemme try this again….
Im looking to swap a k24a4 out of a 2003 honda accord 2dr into my 1989 Acura integra.. I’ve had this car for a couple of years now kept it mostly original, I’ve painted it an had the exhaust done, I’m looking for more power cause this 98 hp D16A1 isn’t cutting it anymore.
I have the donor car an figured I can just “one for one” swap everything over, but I was told I needed an ECU from a 02-04 rsx to be able to do that, so I got one an I’m currently at a stop because the accord is a 5 speed an the ECU from the rsx i believe is a 6 speed, not sure if it’ll work.
Im looking for guidance on mounts, ECU, Harness, etc I’m sorry if some of this comes off dumb, this is my first k swap, I’ve swapped motor on other cars but never a Kseries.

thanks much 🤙🏻

pics are of a Kswap but someone else’s 1st gen integra, not in contact with them just found these pics on some forums idk where.

Ok so I’ve done a bunch of research and found a lot of controversial things..

lemme start of by sayin this car is a daily and will AT MOST get a crisp high five as far a performance goes

Some places here people are sayin if I have the whole running a driving Donor I could swap engine harness, ECU an Gauge cluster but would just need rsx axle shafts, not sure how much truth this holds.

Fuel system I’ve established that will need a walbro GSL392-400-939 inline pump, Works for me and easy install with the OSIAS FPR kit.

as far as motor mounts I’ve had recommendations on getting BBP 88-91 CRX k24 swap mounts and fabricating adjustments as needed I’m aware the trans on the Accord has different mounting points so might need to do a lot of fabrication but we’ll see when we get there.

thank you again for your patience with me an helping me figure this out!

edit**
The Type-S ECU i have, I don’t have a key or immobilizer for, buuuut “Kpro requires a key an immobilizer for them to install, not sure what the solution to this would be-IF I can’t use the donor car ECU.
