Johnson & Dennen Motorsports (www.JDMFabTech.com) Road Race EM2.
Some of the setup details will not be posted, but enough will be shown to get the overall idea of the project. I'll try to post up as often as possible. All the fabrication was done by myself(Gerry Johnson) and Ryan Dennen at either our shop or homes depending on space and time available.
We have been building cars for a long time. I work part time @ www.DMCRacing.com building some of the fastest and quickest small tire drag cars out there. Ryan has been building Hondas since the first swaps and turbo projects were around, and gained massive amounts of street cred early-on with a turbo H22a Accord. He later picked up an S2000 which we setup well enough to lay down some descent track times at Loudon and Limerock.
The car is powered by a k24a2 mated to an 02 rsx trans. It is on target to weigh about 2450 lbs with driver fully ready to race. If anyone is interested, we are looking for some small sponsors. The car will be out next spring.
We would like to thank Tim Schultz, and the crew at Hybrid Racing for setting us up with the best parts for our swap. The customer service at Hybrid Racing is among the best I have ever seen, and I have dealt with most of the biggest companies in the racing industry at one point or another. Ryan and I are very thankful that they worked with us on the project. Its good to know that the guys supplying your parts truely care about the people they sell to.

I also want to thank East Coast Fabrication and Welding for supplying all the materials for the cage, lexan, tinwork, and all the little scraps of metal it takes to put a car together.
AJW Performance, distributor of ISC Suspension North America, supplied the coilovers and springs. They specialize in Subarus but supply and install parts for many makes and models. The fitment and build quality of the ISC coilovers for the EM2 is very good, and we intend to put them through their paces this spring. They can be valved for your spring rates upon request.

Enjoy!
P.S. This was the old JDM FabTech mock-up car. As it sits it has 23kmi on it, I was the original owner, no odometer fraud bullshit here. The car was a HFP coupe, one of 500 for 2002. We make/ have made some of the slickest parts for some of the baddest D17 powered EM2s around, not much to brag about, but any street driven 450whp+ single cam is ok in my book, lol.
