Hey guys, just got my car together and wanted to show some results of my a3 motor. Still a stock bottom end with an a2 oil pump. Small port job done on the head.
Oem vtec killer setup (a set of old and new style exhaust rockers), ITR intake cam with 50deg vtc wheel, 06 TSX exhaust cam, RBC IM, stock type s tb, stock type s injectors, rcrew rep header, custom Autoworks intake, stock type s trans(open diff), and it was tuned on aem 30-1030 box. Enjoy!

Thanks man. Lots of work went into it, but the build is simple. You can check out my build thread in the eg/dc section. Started out as a stripped shell. Just trying to show you dont have to spend loads of money to have a nice swap and still make power. I've got less in this swap than most have in a nice b16 or b18 swap.

You should! Its not very friendly on the street right now, but with a little bit of tuning it would be fine. Its a cheap way to make decent power. You can find these motors for a few hundred bucks most places. Maybe $50-$100 on cams and rockers and its done.

Couldnt even tell you right now. Its only tuned for racing and it doesnt like to cruise without a tune. This car is just a toy right now, been building on it for a couple of years and wasnt intended to ever see the street, even though it could. A good person to talk to about gas mileage is aznasinine or TheMidasTouch.
