This is what tends to happen when you run many 700+ passes down the track lol

nice, good thing you caught it. 99% of people dont and just wait for it blow lol. Ive seen that, and the pin pull out the piston, and the rod snap in half (rod bearing and wrist pin were fine) at the power level on stock stuff. Its like throwing a hail mary and waiting to see what will happen lol

Wow,That things crookeder then a broken dog dick, haha

For stock internals to hold 25+ psi like that after several passes....amazing...K-series= Legendary.

Honda for the muh ****in win dood!!

C16 and about 34-36 psi i believe

seeing this helps me with info for my build.. question though.. whats the condition of the pistons?
The pistons surprisingly were in good shape except for the one with the bent rod. We though we were going to crack them

Approx how many runs ???

Whats ur setup if you don't mind me asking, and are u runnin boost by gear??
We did atleast 6-8 passes on the motor at that booost, yes we where running boost by gear and the setup is a twin scroll sidewinder 64-68 Billet..... BTW the car did a 10.1 second pass :)

My friend had a stock k20z1 and a Rotrex c38-81 that made 400whp on a dynojet with a little over 100k on the motor it finally let go, but I think he mis-shifted and over-reved past 9k rpm. One of his rods bent like that one and the others just snapped. A few of the wrist pins fell out in the motor too. You can make good power on stock motors, but they just don't last long.
