sound very much like a leak/crack to me on either exhaust manifold or intake manifold. Remove the cover and check. You can use a pipe to your ear to listen into the exhaust manful area.
Intake is most likely as it smooths out at higher rpm and loads.

 

I´ve already checked the manifold.......anyone is leaking

Typical sources for such noise are broken lost motion springs, too big valve lash, broken piston rings, any increased bearing clearance as well as things like connected to the alternation of load path, which can actuate a valve in case it fails it function. But what does alarm me is the cold oil pressure at idle of 6 bar. How cold was it at the cold start?

Cold Start, 6BAR...after warm, 2BAR...i dont think that is piston rings or motion springs...cause when i don acelerate too much, i can drive 1000 miles and dont make that noise...only when i drive on Vtec Range...
