Yes, it will. I don’t see a reason why not. Some k24 manual trannies have a different main gearbox mount. The rest fits.

I cannot see the diff in the picture as it is cropped off, hence I can’t tell you if it has a vSS or not.
The shifter mechanism on top shows the reverse lockout. Your ECU needs to support that.

The PRB ECU needs a VSS signal.
You need to check if there is a plastic VSS gear fitted on the diff by looking underneath the plug. If not, Dacota and K-tuned deliver signal converters to convert a CSS signal to a VSS signal.

yeah, if you look through the "hole" in the diff and you see it being hollow or having a disk fitted, you got a LSD. If you see a cylindrical axle passing though the bore, it is an open diff.

Remove the plug for the VSS and check if there is a plastic gear fitted on the differential next to the bearing. See the angled teeth gear below the top bearing.

If not, you need the signal converter or refit this ring gear to the differential. But that is a lot of work and the gear is not cheap either.

both ways work as I described. If the gear is fitted already, you can simply buy a VSS sensor, fit it with one bolt and plug it in.

if the gear is present, you will need to machine an M6 bolt hole to hold the VSS sensor down. It seems this is missing.
The VSS sensor hole is also not threaded. The sensor is sealed with an o-ring. But that is all doable.

the buy a K-tuned or Dakota signal converter. It converts the high frequency signal of the CSS into a low frequency VSS signal for the ECU and the dash.
