You can make your own tools with some 5mm metal or plastic rod.
 
What has me confused is that my cam gears line up perfectly like the pics above (TDC) but the intake cam is slightly off in the hole for the pulse plate. My exhaust cam appears to be dead on though, tomorrow I'll try it with a 3/16 drill bit to confirm.

Mine are Drag Cartel 3.2

Did you have this issue when you used OEM cams?

If you have the same issue with a stock intake cam, then it's your intake cam gear. If you don't have the issue with a stock intake cam, then it's the centerline of your DC cam. I'd call Drag Cartel at that point and see what they say.

Never had stock cams in it, IIRC the RBB VTC gear was brand new from honda. Maybe it needs to be rotated more to make everything line up? Hopefully I get some time tomorrow.

Before the motor starts, both the VTC gears have to line up at TDC and the pulse plates have to line up as well?
