Well he defenitly scammed me!!! i really dont care what u have to say about this guy! hes a croook! HE STILL HAS MY RSX AND THE MONEY!!

and please stop acting as if having a wrecked RSX with a motor that has rust like it was sitting in water for 8 months is something you would want to have. I did you a favor by taking it out of the backyard and I am even willing to pay you well MORE than what its really worth.

Just for clarification to all the ones that are reading this.

Here is what really happened.

1. This guy is selling this wrecked RSX, I ask him "is the motor running, in good condition", he says YES we ran it before I actually took it out of the car. I say ok well I want just the motor. He doenst want to just sell the motor to me so I agree to actually take the whole thing. I ask him again if he is telling me that the motor is GOOD for sure. All I want is the motor. He tells me that yes he knows for a fact and guarantees the motor is good.

2. I pick up the car, he doesnt have the title at the time for me to actually get. nor does he have a bill of sale for me to sign or anything. I say ok well get that to me ASAP. He never does.

3. I notice that the motor has WATER in the spark plugs, Now I didnt check this when I was there because he Guaranteed to me that it was just in the garage the whole time, not hydrolocked, not outside for long periods of time. I said ok look all I want from this thign is the motor, you better be sure you are selling me a good motor. He says that he for sure is.

Fast forward to the present, the shop that is swapping the motor into my car points out that there is rust all over the spark plugs and looks like the car was hydrolocked or had been sitting outside for ages to get that much water in the motor. I CALL this guy and let him know the situation , he INSISTS that the motor is GOOD and that we should just fire it up cause he is sure it is good and that he has no idea that it had water. ALSO for the first time he tries to blame me for the water in there. I tell him you can feel free to take a look at it and tell me if me having it for 1 month would warrant how corrosed and RUSTY the plugs are. I tell him look man you are telling me this motor is good I am going to get it fired up based on your word that this car did not have previous water in there or hydrolocked. He says yeah man its good. The shop also informs me that the AC compressor is seized and Power steering pulley is BENT.

The shop that is doing my car warns me that they dont think the motor is good and that I would be wasting my time even putting it in there. I call this guy ONCE again and he once again claims everything is good. Meanwhile I am STILL asking for the title and he keeps saying he cant find it.

4. Car is complete we start it up, idles and immediately drops a valve. we pull the valve cover and RUST is all over the entire head, The lobes are so rusted it seems the motor contained water for Months. Now how are you going to sell something "good" when there is rust everywhere. Basically it seems this guy got this car and had no clue about anything and didnt even bother to verify that the motor was good but sold it to me as GOOD.

5. I call him to tell him the news and he says "well i didnt know" "um i cant do anything I didnt give a warranty"

now thats fine but you told me VARIOUS times you were 100% sure the motor was good and knowing that I ONLY needed and wanted the motor you sold me something as good which WAS NOT at all. To make it worse you had NO CLUE but you still insisted it was fine.

So now basically he told me oh well I lied it wasnt good or I had no clue, sucks for you.

Now taking into consideration taht he NEVER gave me the title nor did we fill out a Bill of Sale, I had no choice but to do a chargeback considering that he could report it stolen at anytime he chose. I was legally owed that Title and he is not LEGALLY able to deny me that title because he doesnt think I am trustworthy. That title should have been in my hands as SOON as he sold me that vehicle.

His WILLful decision to keep it has left me no choice but to do a chargeback. I was willing to work with him even thoug he WILLINGly sold me a BROKEN motor and even let him keep most of the money AND took the junk out of his backyard.

Without a title I have no proof that I bought any vehicle and I will not risk having paid for something and getting it reported later.

I am STILL willing to work this out with him in a manner that is fair to me as a buyer of a BROKEN motor and him as the seller of the BROKEN motor. AT no point did he tell me that he DID not know if the motor was ok or not. HE was never honest with me about it and at aLL times even after I pointed out to him that the MOTOR obviously had water in it did he come clean about the status of the motor or AT LEAST his lack of knowledge of the true state of the motor.

I made payment on time and I should have had the title by now, he had plenty of time to give me the title. I am willing to give him the money he deserves with the TITLE in hand. The selling price was agreed to BASED on a working motor guaranteed by him. He has broken the law by selling me a car and REFUSING to give me the tile and even admitting he did it on purpose. If he really wants to involve the law we can.

I almost forgot that I HAD to pay for labor to install the motor, I have to pay labor to remove it. What about my costs? I have to buy another motor now and pay to have that installed too. Oh Yeah lets not forget I had to waste my gas to go pick up a car that had a BAD motor from the start but was told it was GOOD.

He knew all I wanted was the motor and sold me a piece of crap broken motor with rust like it was a 1950 car. Right he is the victim.

Keeping avoiding the situation more and more and just see how much worse it gets man...seriously no threatening is going on..i want my money back! and i will get it! no matter how long it takes me!

So you are not denying that you incorrectly sold a vehicle while for 4 months not properly handing over the title which belongs to the buyer of the vehicle? And you have no documentation proving that you legally handed over ownership of the vehicle to another person? Ok good luck.

stolen ?
when you had it ? or from you ?
you sold him the car but you still have the papers to your name ?
i dont get it

So hold on you are saying you legitimately sold me a vehicle, yet you KEPT the title on purpose? What actually would stop you from reporting such a car stolen after payment was completed? You just decided to sell a vehicle incorrectly because you did not trust me? so you decided to ON PURPOSE keep the title eve though you sold the vehicle?

I think thats a bit shady on your part. IF you sold a vehicle wouldnt there be a bill of sale or Signed title?

Stop trying to bullshit people, you know the real situation. If you want to solve it, you will jump off the threat horse and be realistic. Let me know when you are ready to do that.

not to knock ur product or sale just saying hopefully this is a newer setup the older ones from last season had hubs that were to soft... the splines fused to my shaft on my tranny But CM stepped up and fixed it for free
gl with sale it was a hell of a clutch though grabbed like a dream

This was sent to CM and they replaced the shortcomings from earlier design completely and also the flywheel
