what brand is better for your experience on frank engine?

clevite or acl?

hi dudes,

which one youll used for your frank oem bolts on build, k24a2 crank and a2 head with Tsx 09 pistons,

skunk2 alpha series rods
or
Brian Crower Lightweight H Beam??

Give them the pistons before any machine work with the piston to wall they're spec'd for, .0035 if I recall correctly, and they'll do the rest. It's all on the spec sheet provided with the pistons.

Those are wisecos recommended specs. Your engine builder can recommend something else depending on intended usage of the engine.

That's what I went with. My car is daily driven and beat on regularly.

Yea mine will be the same I am just debating between supertechs pistons I seen on K mods page or the wisecos. I have supertech valve train in my head that's why I was considering . I've seen a few ppl in write - ups suggesting that 87mm may be too noisy and nick up the walls if they're not a nice fit after machining the block so I am going with 87.5 when I order em this week.

Even in the summer I let the car warm up at least 5mins before driving. Its not a hard thing to do. Start your car 5mins before you have to leave the house. When you are heading home start the car and sit there a few mins. Check your phone, surf your radio stations or ipad for something to listen to...its not rocket science.
