Welcome!
I am going to start a new sticky, and we are going to get a Hondata FAQ going.
As info is presented, it will be added to this post, and this post will be sorted so it is easier to read.
Comments/Suggestions/Feedback is always appreciated

  • Getting Started, and becoming familiar with K-pro

Have your tuners read through the threads and links here. Especially the links to the videos on Hondata's website
    http://www.k20a.org/forum/showpost.php?p=603905&postcount=6

Go to Hondata's site and explore it a bit.
    http://www.hondata.com/ssoftware.html

Download the videos HERE, they will assist you in learning how to interface with Kmanager

Download the latest version of Kmanager HERE.

When you finish downloading it, install, and check out the help file.
Tons of great info in there

  • Installing the ECU, uploading maps, and downloading datalogs

    First, loading a map:
    Hook ECU up to car.
Insert USB cable to ECU and Laptop
    Open Kmanager
    Turn on ignition
See that Kmanager acknowledges your ECU
Open a .cal from the list
    Upload the .cal
    Done

If you would like to upload the .kdl file so that others can assist you in seeing your current tune you can. Just compress the file into a .zip format using winzip, winrar, or 7zip. These are free software you can download on the internet. I prefer 7zip, I just 'right-click' what I want compressed and select Add to "<filename>.zip"

Then attach it to your post.
