I was wondering if a k24 block will fit with the mounts hasport might release.I know they will be a major hood clearance issue since the block is taller but this will be my drag car so ill just cut the space out so it can fit.Im planning on a built k24 bottom end,built type-s head,and sourcing a type-s tranny and using a higher FD and a quaife lsd.What else would be needed to make this work.I was gonna buy an ek but i want to go for the crx and i want to have it complete by july-august.What do you all think are my plans feasible opinions are very welcome

No it's too tall even the K20 is very tall. When we built the kit we made the K20 sit up to the bottom of an SiR style hood. The K24 is another 3/4" taller than that.
