Ok I have a question whats the biggest bore you can go on a non sleeved k24 block with aftermarket pistons and rods.

Some would say 87.5mm i have seen 88mm. I would go wit the 88mm.

I would personally say 87.5 just cause I would rather play it safe, but thats just me. I dont think the .5mm is worth it. If its just all motor and no spray or FI, 88mm will hold.

i have even seen some push it to 88.5. but personally all motor i would only go up to 88mm no sleeves.

How about forced induction. If The
Bore stays at 87.5mm how strong are the k24 sleeves with forged internals how much psi can they hold or Hp.

The stock sleeve record I Believe is 745whp on 32psi, That was a K20 bored .20 Over. I wouldn't go past 87.5mm for a FI/Nitrous application on stock sleeves, nor would I go over 600whp on the K24. The side load of the cylinder walls is just too much with the 99mm stroke vs the 86mm stroke of the K20.

88 is where its at who needs 90 when u have 88 lol or be cheap like me and stay 87 lol and see what a stock block can do lol

i went with 87.5, which was just to clean up the cylinders. have seen 88, but i would rather be safe since it will be my dd for awhile.
