Anyone else think this is, umm, a strange way to do the mount setup? For DC2.

We made a front cross member like that for the factory front engine mount and our traction bars to munt to. The rest of the mounts dont look like they would be the strongest..

Dude I dunno. I haven't really been in on this whole k series thing for long. Like when Eric first did his swap, I was still racing motorcycles and I didn't really give a shit about cars. Wasn't on HT or anything. So the people I knew of who were selling mounts were K20EG, H----d Racing (I know I can't say that on this board ) and Hasport.

Its not needed. It's a front crossmemeber its better to use that spot for a traction bar.

Yeaj I think Honda used a front mount so the engine didn't move around so much since it has soft rubber engine mounts stock. The aftermarket mount kits all use polyurethane so the motor won't move around anyway.
