its under 10:1. tsx is 10.5:1, and tsx and k20 cyl heads have the same cc volume. i believe i read that all the k heads have the same cc, of very close, so it would be the same as whatever the stck compression is pretty much

It is right around 10.2:1-10.4:1. If you add bigger cams then it will be a little lower because of much more cam overlap.

Yes, but we are not compairing the TSX and RSX cylinder heads. We are compairing the CRV and RSX cylinder heads.
All K series head has the same cc or very close. Also verified in this post http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=21758 see post #8

for those that have said that the chambers on the head is all the same in k series ...is the head gasket the same as well or is it different...i need to know this so i won' t order the wrong one when doing a k24/k20...i remember seeing that rsx is 86mm and k24's were 87 i think...

Head gasket needs to match the cylinder bore. As far as gasket thickness/crush, that will vary on your build.
