what is a good cam that doesn't require upgrading valvetrain? I know you don't have to for the S2 stage 1's.

If my memory is right Type S should be dual valve springs so I'm thinking you won't have to upgrade, but to be safe I would say spend the extra money.

would you guys reccomend upgrading valvesprings along with the S2 stage 2's? S2 says that you should but the type s valve springs are already dual. ok to use oem springs?
