About 50 miles north of london, no not Chelsea mate, Liverpool instead...........theres only one red team !!!!!!!!!!!!!

No mate not swap, I have a Civic Type-R EP3 with a JRSC but the top end has a bad rattle, I am trying to find the best parts to rebuild the engine with, I currently run at 9 PSI boost so am looking at 9.0:1 pistons, but what type ?? Crower, Wiseco etc etc, I also needs rods and am looking for some IPS Ksc cams.

Any ideas of somebody reliable who ships to UK ??
