type r swap in a eg

ok i have a type r swap k20a and axles also the engine harness. now my question is can i use the type r axles and harness. do i have to modify the harness.
and what else i need. i know i need mounts and header. how about the shift linkage or cable. axles can i use type r axles. can i use the type r fuel rail. any help will be greatful.
