OK I just picked up one of the TSX complete engine/trans assemblies and need to know if the RSX TypeS cams I have will work. Also what intake manifold/TB would be the easiest to swap onto the TSX head...TypeS?

You can use a type s, type r or JDM accord euro r manifold. The accord euro r manifold (RBC) will require a custom plate for the type s tb to work.

the water port can be simply machined to receive a 90 degree fitting

The other hole/opening... was meant to be the egr port, but honda blocked it from the factory... so it doesnt go anywhere.

NIKOS were you just test fitting the type s IM? or are you planning to use it with your swap? also are you gonna weld or use the brass fitting for the H20 port? i believe i will be using the fitting instead of welding not to save money but something tells me i will be needing it later if i weld.

Man, just stop by tomorrow and I'll show you. We'll have and adapter before too long that will allow you bolt on the RSX manifold and take care of the water port.

hmmm any idea on when this adapter will go into production? I estimate swapping in the next 5-7 weeks, and being that I've had Hasport mounts in my B17a CRX, will be using the Hasport mount kit for this K-series into my eg, I'm very pleased with your products and would definitely get this plate.

Or you can use the stock TSX mani, keep all that torque and just get a throttle body that will work with the manifold. The Accord throttle body bolts right up although it is smaller than the RSX throttle body.

Or you can try to get one of the bigger RSX throttle bodies to work...

Suposedly IPS cams work, it says so on their site:

IPS-K2 compatibility for use with K24A2 (TSX) confirmed. Piston to valve clearance @ 50 degrees VTC advance = 0.030". We suggest imposing max advance of 45 degrees through software. Clearances were taken using RSX-S VTC sprocket. TSX VTC sprocket has mechanical limitation of 25 degrees max advance.

I believe it is the thermostat housing located under the intake manifold on the front of the block...
