UK- Euro Spec. K20A2 Civic Type R trans: Final drive: 4.764:1 No LSD

1st 3.267 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 38 mph
2nd 2.130 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 58 mph
3rd 1.517 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 86 mph
4th 1.147 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 114 mph
5th 0.921 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 142 mph
6th 0.738 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 177 mph *



Japanese Domestic Market K20A Type R trans Final Drive Ratio: 4.764:1 with LSD

1st 3.267 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 38 mph
2nd 2.130 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 58 mph
3rd 1.517 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 86 mph
4th 1.212 : 1 @ 8000 rpm 108 mph

Might also be worth while posting the Factory wheel and tyre sizes for the cars aswell.. Cause an EG hatch with a JDM 6spd etc in it on 205-50-15's aint gonna be doing 108mph in 4th at 8000rpm..
I run 24.5-9-13 slicks on my civic and I'm crossing around 8200rpm in 4th at 110mph. So the factory wheels are pretty big.. I think the JDM DC5R runs a 215/45/17 factory.

so seeing as how the ITR redlines ~8500 rpms ... the speeds would change respectively to these, correct?:

1st - 40
2nd - 62
3rd - 91
4th - 115
5th - 142
6th - 179

I just found this to give an idea..

Every wheel and tire combo is going to be slightly different.
