So I have everything working on my 91 civic with an a2 except the tach. My scan tool sees it but my tach doesn't move at all. I used the hybrid racing universal harness and tapped it into pin 12 and nothing. Is there something I am missing?

Which speedo are you using?

If it's stock, it's not going to work unless you use a d series vss from an eg.

I am talking about the tachometer (rpm). I was planning on staying cable for speedometer and splicing it from the obd0 harness to the k harness.

Well I figured it out, on the hybrid harness I had to move the pin to e26.
