Always possible to have defects. I will mention I have been a Honda Tech for quite some time. Completely Honda trained (master certified). What type of fluid do you use? Might be worth disassembling the transmission and physically measuring clearance on the synchos themselves, and if in deed you find an issue with the parts themselves, I'm sure gearspeed would step if it is an issue on their end. Buying honda gears sets for 1-6 would cost more than a new trans. Good luck with fixing it!

I have gearspeed in my trans now started messing up after 1000 miles...i rather use oem
Not specifically saying this is the issue with your synchros but, there are two different styles of center rings that Honda/Acura produced. If you mixed them up, the synchros will burnish themselves and fail rather quickly.

It is important that you buy a kit that comes with the correct center rings.
