What should be done to a K24A block?

Let's hear some combinations? For all motor//

Size pistons? Crank? Compression?

I am sure the Golden Eagle block done for Skunk2 racing is unreal but I am looking for some feedback for an average person.

Also are carillo rods way better than eagle rods? Or maybe hytech has deal with carillo and that is why they recommend them?

CP pistons worth it? any experience?

Sleeves? Necessary?

MOST IMPORTANTLY

WHAT KIND OF WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE TO AN ACCORD/ELEMENT K24A BLOCK TO GET A K20A HEAD... I KNOW THE EGR NEEDS TO BE ELIMINATED AND MACHINED.... HOW MUCH WORK DOES THAT INVOLVE, ANYONE DONE IT?

THE CR-V BLOCK DOESN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM, IT THIS 100% TRUE?

WILL THE K20A2 HEAD BOLT ON THE K24A CRV BLOCK WITH NO MODIFACATION AT ALL?

i was told that the head goes straight onto the block, unlike B20 and LS vtec set ups...

i was thinking of running, k24 block, K20 head, 12.5:1 compression, stock crank, stock sleeves.

OK,

let's say you just bolt a K20A2 type R head onto a stock K24 block and stuff, what CR do you end up with?

I suppose what I am asking in what the chamber volume of the head is and what's the volume of the piston/block at TDC?

Most of the cam profiles are high rpm cams and 7K redline wont cut it....but has anyone pushed the stock K24 rotating assembly to its limits yet?

hmmmm...when i build mine im going 8K redline. im sure cams will come out sooner or later.

k24/k20 with ITR cams and hondata put down 185whp and 160tq.
