You need a subframe. The swap mounts only change the driver/passenger side mounts to adapt to the chassis. The front/rear mounts are the same as stock EP3/RSX mounts except they're stiffer.

If you're using a FWD transmission, EP3 or RSX subframe. If you're using an AWD transmission, CRV or Element subframe will work.

Not totally offtopic, do you know how could I run a TSX/Accord k24 gearbox in that setup? (kswaped em2/ep2)

I think that running a ep3/rsx/crv gearbox case for the "mount" side would work, but wasn't able to find anything to confirm that.

what I mean with "gearbox case for the mount side"

Hasport offers mounts for the K20 style transmission and a separate set for the K24 style. For ESK3 or ESK4, you use an EP3/RSX subframe.
Oh thanks, that's nice, tegiwa only sells the ESK3 one, never thougth that there were any more available.

But, If for some reason I want to run an accord/tsx geabox in my ep3 or an em2/ep2 with the ESK3 mounts, what I've said before do you think will apply?

Check out post #23 in the below thread for a good comparison of K20 vs Accord/TSX K24 style transmission mounts.

Another Freakin' Hasport Mount Kit: EG/DC K-series...

The Accord/TSX style transmission has a different transmission side mount as well as rear mount. Swapping a K20 transmission case would solve the side mount issue but would be of no help on the rear. The bolt holes are on the clutch housing side of the transmission. You would be better off getting the proper ESK4 kit or finding a K20 style transmission.

Thanks! Totally forgot about the rear mount. Probably having the front mount you could get away without the rear one, but that's not ideal.

And yeah, I agree using the k20 gearbox would be better, but price and they are kinda rare to find, also the k20 gearbox from the k20z4(fn2 civic) doesn't fit either.
