Car came in with a street tune from someone on which it made 297whp on 12psi , I got it to 380 on the same boost level then turned the boost up to 13.5psi .

Car will soon be getting an RBC and headstuds going for 450 on pump then some C16 to have fun

sick setup, im running 880cc injectors and similar setup but 35r, hoping for 450whp on 93oct on 1 bar. what trans are you running? if the 6 speed hows the lag treat you when you drive it in terms of shifting alot and the powerbands? im thinking of getting an ep3 5speed w/ lsd.

The car has a Z1 trans in it now and it holds fine but the gearratios are a tad to short for our liking . We will be putting a 5spd in it soon .

With an RBC 450whp on 15lbs shouldnt bee too much of an issue as long as your setup is efficent

yeah, the final drives we have on the 05-06' tranny (k20z1) is horrible. This 4.79 kills you on the track and its extremely annoying on the streets. I can't run a base tranny because I have a 06' Type-s and we have a different speed sensor, its countershaft driven instead of gear driven like the other k-series trannys. I am stuck with this tranny but I am lowering the final drive to something a bit more usable. I am going with the 4.3 final drive, quaife LSD & the TSX 6th gear.

Why are they using such a small A/R sizing on that turbo?? I personally would never go with anything lower than a .82ar on a k-series. These motors breath too well to choke them with that exhaust housing. Swap that out and your numbers should increase and in addition to the RBC you should see better power gains.

Similar setups to this (with larger a/r & rbc) are making around 430 @ 12psi on pump.

Does it ever piss the turbo guys off that you made the same numbers on nitrous builds :D. I might have to come up and see you I don't know if I can leave the spray side need a new setup. I do agree the exhaust is hurting numbers wonder what it would make with something bigger

This is the turbo the owner came in with . I did not choose it and he got a great deal on it so he wasn't going to pass it up . His TPS sensor was also acting up on the dyno not allowing the car to make full power we just installed it today once we put the headstuds in i'm sure it'll make more than 430 on the same boost level ...


I've done this long enough to know what these motors make lol . If you read the first post it says addition of an RBC coming soon

Shhh you :D:D:p I meant stock blocks hehe. I need more spray or more boost, the race between you two would be sickness though do itttttt :D
i went 9.90 on stock block. could of went faster.. shifting to 5th FTL

no i had 110% stock block/motor with headstuds IPS kt1s and i also had ep3 trans

Fine you win happy now? :D:cool::dance::D. I need boost or a 175+ shot :(. Wasn't sure if it was completely stock block sorry bud

Dan you going to make a turbo setup? :D just add some spray to it :p
