stock k swap hp

I dont have the money for hondata so i am going to buy a K20a ecu for my k20a2 that will have a hasport header, some sort of intake, and a 3" exhaust. Anyone know about how much power this will make? im guessing a little higher than a stock type s, but I dont know what they make power wise stock. I am wanting around 180-190whp if its possible. I have been thinking of getting a nitrous kit and spraying a 55shot on the motor as well.
