As the title says my NA k20 hatch suddenly has a misfire and I cant find the source of the problem.
Below what I have done already.
Cleaned the fuel tank and put in 100 octane fuel
Replaced fuel pump
Replaced fuel filter
The fuel pressure regulator had dropped to 25 psi from 55psi at which it was working, but I raised it again to 55psi and it held. It may need to be replaced later if it fails but for now i dont think its the problem.
Checked spark plugs and they are fine
Checked all injectors and ignition coils were working by disconecting one by one and they were.

Any suggestions?

I am in the process of replacing the injectors with rdx ones to see what happens.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try re-uploading the map that you currently have.
I think the map that I have might already be corrupt because I have downloaded it in the past and probably uploaded it too.

I will upload one of the stock ones that hondata provides to see if it works and if it does then spend the time modifying it with the values from the previous one.

I used another computer and copied the map, took a while but fixed my problem.. Seems tuning on a fly is what started the problem for me, I since deleted the other files which had the "flutter" as I called it..LOL

So I updated the kpro software, uploaded various of the stock calibrations for k20a2 and still the same problem. Would it be possible the issue is the laptop uploading the files?
read what I wrote above.. Use a different computer to load file! It took me using my desktop to create a file, then email to myself, and later upload..

But it worked for me, the flutter while driving, and ignition glitch are gone.. Unless you have another problem then using a different computer to load file might help you..

Sounds good. Ill borrow a laptop, download latest software and upload any of hondata's calibrations to see if it works

It seeks the mis fire is gone when I accelerate although it is present at idle. I changed calibrations and replaced the spark plugs with old ones , but that had less mileage since the current ones have been taking a beating since 2008.
Is there a way to know if a spark plug is bad even if it looks ok on the outside and the coloring on the tips seems ok?

I also removed the lean protection because i think the O2 sensor might be going bad and is why when I accelerated at low rpms it would go into protection mode and create the misfire.

See below for a pic of the datalog. Is the oscillating afr and ignition at idle normal?
