i just order a rsx type S 70mm skunk2 exhaust will i need to modify it to fit on my car or will it bolt right on i have a em2 with a race header

i have a stock rsx mid pipe, header and cat on my car and i had to modify it. its too short. i just extended my hangers but it touches the body when shifting hard. so it would be best to extend the pipe instead of the hangers. u would probally have to extend the axle back too.
