7173 Views 22 Replies 11 Participants Last post by  nikos
Im looking to swap in the K20A into my 92 Civic and wanted to see if anyone knew of any high quality shops that do good work for fair pricing in California. Ive been talking to a shop in the L.A. area (5150 Auto) but I dont know to much about their past or success. Has anyone heard about them or had experience with them? Ive been talking to one of the guyz for a while but its all been talk. Thanks everyone.

I am not sure about R crew the shop looks dirty and they use sticks to hold up your hood. That doesen't seem to be quality craftsmenship to me. Eric know what he is doing and he will treat you car like his own. The wiring job will be that of a art. Its called "clean" and nothing but, or you car is not done. Look at the pics of r crew and you will see what kinda work they do. I dont think that is clean at all. So take your pic in a company that will stand behind what they do and have pride in what you will be driving around.
thats a first. all the parts i got from there were perfect, including the motor itself. i think your just hatin, to get some friends business, and that shit aint cool. take your hatred elsewhere bro. its not wanted.
ok people, the guy has some choices now.

Let him call these shops and talk to the owners, and I am sure he will get an idea who is nice and who is not.
