cool, im pretty sure any cables will work (ive also heard prelude ones will work too) but ive never actually compared any beside one another.

as long as its two cables and it hooks up properly on both ends, i dont see how it couldnt work...

although i think on the accord (not sure about other models) that the bracket which holds the rubber part of the cables (mmounted on the tranny) so that the wire inside can slide back and forth properly is made of an alluminum casting and not a steel cutout.
