[K20Hunger]

Anyone who has mounted a s2000 radiator in a EK Civic? i´m looking for a full size radiator that will fit perfect, and the s2k radiator looks like it have the studs the right places.

I would like to hear any info, or better a few pics.

But im almost sure that it cost less to buy the good one then try to put a
s2k rad there...and you will get more clearance :up:

Wich one is the good one? I´m running a half size mishimoto radiator now, and the engine tendens til overheat during trackday events

ep3 radiator is a good choice. Fits very well in a civic and does well on track. Some others have managed to fit the rsx radiator as well.

ep3 rad is 26" wide whereas stock civic rad is only 13" wide.

my friend told me about using the ep3 one. Sounds good to me.

But i think im going to use my standard DC2 one. Change the fans over so the big fan is on the other side and change the sensors to the EP3 one.

I can do that cant i lol

technically yes, you can. However coolant port is on the wrong side of the radiator and it doesn't come with a port for the fan switch. I wouldn't bother trying to use a dc2 rad unless you just happen to already have one available for cheap/free.

go for the EP3, this will do the job perfectly! you'll need to lower your brackets a little to give it clearance with the hood on an EG for certain, but this rad is up to the job:up:

Well ive got a dc2 lol so ive got one for free

But from reading everyone elses post im probably going to get a EP3. Will there be enough space if i use RBC mani??

it is built by a company called ceemo, they make cf parts for racecars. it is a dry carbon unit..

Wont it suck up water??

Ive been looking on another forum and people are saying the aem cai are too low... Has anyone damaged their engines with a low intake like that

Niels never runs his car when it rains . But as it's a box with an internal filter element the water will be vapor before it reaches the engine.

not to mention he needs to drive through the east river to get water in there...
