rsx type s hittting 13.99

planning on hitting 13.99 carb legal besides ktuner and offroad add ons. what I got in my mind is a dc shorty header and a tune.
mods are sri 2.25 exhaust esmm megan coilovers. no nitrous plz. will be getting ktuner in a week or so.
mods im thinking next is coolant by pass and img

A friend of mines ran 13.6x in a K20z1 swapped Civic Hatch(EP3) with, intake pipe (I think), stock exhaust with all season tires and a Mugen ECU.
EP3 is slightly lighter than the RSX by like 30lbs so I think you can do it if you're a good driver.

05 EP3 is about 60 lbs lighter than an 05 RSX Type S. But an 05 EP3 is heavier than an 02-04 RSX Type S. 02 EP3 is 14 lbs lighter than an 02-04 RSX Type S.

It also depends where the OP is located. Our track is close to sea level I believe (too lazy to actually check) but I ran a 14.98 in my 2008 TSX making 207whp. TSX is 500lbs+ heavier than Type S and EP3?
And some say by reducing the weight of your car per 100lbs you shave off a tenth of a second (plus/minus) or something? My buddy was running 13.8/13.9 with me in the car. He wanted more traction but obviously adding weight may gain traction but lose ET. I'm about 170lbs so I added .2+ seconds to his time.
On the same track I ran a 11.6 with a 350whp EVO IX MR, however my buddy is a way better driver than I am and I was there when he ran it.
