Do you think there will be an 100hp gain from just changing charger on the same motor?

I made 451std @12psi on a returnless fuel system on e85. On a 91. :)



I will be doing a return this time around.


Oh yeah it was on a k24 too

No it was on a built hi cr k24. But maxxed out 2000cc injectors due to no return. I was running stock base FP.

just how built is this k24? i was wanting to build something similar but probably using the c38-81 instead. Have you tried anything over 12psi yet? that should be crazy power!? Are you running a bov or wastegate?

I'm running a c38-91 on a stock k24a2
And it maxed out at 420hp on 91 octane at 7,800 rpm

I was hoping to hit 550 on pump but probably not going to happen
Currently setting up the car for flex fuel

If you want big power then go turbo

Well there's got to be something holding it back somewhere.. The fact is rotrex say the c38-91 can flow enough air for 700hp. What's the rest of your spec?

There will probably be power to be had in other areas like fuel lines/pump/head/exhaust/camshafts/better fuel etc

I think there numbers are exaggerated

My set up is a bone stock 06 k24a2
2 bosch 044 ran to -8 feed and a -6 return
And I'm using a pwr barrel air to water intercooler

But better fuel is a good start
That's why I'm trying e85

What size barrel are you using? They are hard to size properly. It may be costing you some power too.

I also think the numbers are exaggerated to an extent.. Whatever I see as WHP I take a flywheel hp over here in the uk.
