Going to order the SX200e 12769095003 with the .83 AR housing and Ecumasters Black tomorrow.

Any recommendation on fuel injectors? Thinking 1000cc ethanol safe Deusch or Dynamics or other?

1000cc should be plenty. You can push those to about 500hp @ a high duty cycle. E85 safe is always good. The stainless internals last quite a bit longer especially if you’re flushing and storing for winter.

Honestly since the RBC intake manifold should match the intake ports on any K24 head or K20z3 head. wouldn't this be best for a wideopen boat approach needing to have active throttle input when needed to power through waves or power through chop water. just saying, the intake manifold with the most TQ would be best for water that is choppy. if you are racing flat water go with the rbc im and send it.

being turbo makes this easy with any intake manifold. you are not spinning a drivetrain, you are spinning three tiny blades that are sharp as a knife through water.

Quick update. Header layout. 1 1/2” schedule 10 SS

Going to merge 1&4 and 2&3. They won’t be equal length, but should still be better than not.
Will merge 2&3 as close as I can to the turbo

Once the turbo arrives, I will port match the turbo to the flange and start tacking the piece together. This will be then jacketed in SS for water cooling.
