Could anyone suggest some remap flash tool for beginner (possibly not too expensive), I would like to start and learn something about remaping so I am looking for a little bit of help. Any help is welcome.

You can use e.g. KESS, or Hondata's FPro. For what ECU and engine is it? For flashing you need a ECU with an EEPROM chip. Only and roughly most '05+ engines use these. The former ones aren't flashable.
