I am putting a short block on a brand new Acura Rdx because it as a bad block and is leaking oil out near the oil filter housing. Brand new block from Honda. The sleeves on the k23 block looks thicker than most k blocks. The pistons looks like the accord k24a4 pistons. It is a pain to remove the engine on this car and tear it all apart to replaced just the short block. I wish the engine was easy to remove like the Rsx.

I will have updates on the pics of the turbo and the engine once it is out and on the engine stand.

Are the sleeves thicker on the exhaust side? I'm guessing that it's just the angle
