Question about Emissions.

I tryed searching, but i couldn't find the information i needed. Anyways I have a 2000 integra and i'm thinking about doing a k-series swap within the next year. I need some info on emissions though. My car is already an obd-2 car so would I be able to pass emissions with a k-series swap? In my state they do a scanner check if they get no Codes you pass. I'm kind of new to the whole k-series stuff so i'm trying to get as much info as possible before I jump into it.
