I don't know if the EMS has the ability to compensate for extra load such as the a/c on honda OEM ecu's when the a/c is turned on it will open the IAC 2-5% to allow extra air. it might have an input and have an output but that's about it. Also check to see if your system is not overcharged or has air(did you vacuum system). is your condenser fan turning on when the comp is on? what is the oil level of your a/c too much and too little can cause problems. also is this a/c system retrofitted to R134 and if it was, was it done properly. or is it still r12. I know people will probably say all I do is change the fittings and charge it w/134 and call it a day.
