Just found out about HASPORT's return process....they sent out a "tag" for UPS pickup Friday. Axle gets picked up Monday (1/17). I just tracked it, it's expected to reach them Thursday (1/20).
What the hell shipping did they use, special extra-slow 4 day delivery? IN anycase, I assume that they will take a day to "inspect" their mistake and then send out the right axle the following day. Then another extra slow 4 day delivery.... :roll:
Until then, the car can't roll (or even be turned on) until that damn axle gets here!!!! The shop doing the swap has called asking that they go ahead and ship out the right axle, double charge them, and then when they receive the "mistake", credit back the cost one axle.
It doesn't seem as if HASPORT wants to respond to that request.
.....sorry for the vent, but their service policies are so customer un-friendly. They really need to test some of their procedures and policies out through some role playing on their end. If they for one moment acted like their own company's customer, they'd see some service gaps.
