Hehe, meaning you DO do the labor (yourself)...

even with a k20a swap, it can be less than 8-10 G's. The engine is usually over $5k though... so figure that if you're going to add a few things (like K-pro and such) then yea... 8-10k is reasonable.

The parts average $2700-3700.00.

You can find good deals on the type s on car-parts.com for around $3800-4000.00.

If you just want to get a K in your car and work towards a Type S motor later on i would say grab a K24 for under $3000.00

hey bro, if you're doing all your labor.....expect to dish out about 6500-8500...depending on if you go with a S or R....i've done both mine for around 6800, but i have type s's...but remember nothing compares to a "K"!!!!!!!!!!
