What car is the PRB A05 ecu out of? RSX type s.... automatic or manual?

Oh yeah... and what year is this ECU out of? I know for a fact that it is a RSX Type S... i don't know whether its manual or automatic (where type s even offered as automatic) or whether its from an 03, 04, 05???...

02-04 type s ... only offered in manual 6 speed . '05 type have different ecu code (cant think of it off the top of my head)
