I don't know if this is still for relevance for you but maybe those in the future but IIRC Hybrid Racing OR Ktuned have made a plug and play apapter for s2k cluster in other models so have made your jobs easier. Give them a checkout.
K Tuned had made an all in one converter but its certainly not plug and play. You need that module and the subsequent harness that is made by wire-worx. You still have to fabricate a way to mount a cluster and a shroud to make it aesthetically pleasing.

I have the K24a tsx 6 spd swap. Who has done a swap with THIS engine. K24a. I can't find much info at all. I'm stuck on my accessory belt. I was gna grab an ep3 idler pulley and use the 52" serpentine belt. That's what I'd read works. While looking for the oem pulley I noticed ktuned adjustable...
What fuel pressure are you guys using on your K20a swap... also isnt the fuel pressure constant and there is no need for the vaccum line? is there anyone not usin the vaccum line....how does it work out...
