It does.

From the log file one can see MAP and ECT senses nonsens, starter speed is way to low around 90-110 rpm, it should speed it up to 200-300 rpm without firing support. Battery voltage is WAY TOO LOW too. Try it with an proper battery, 10-11 V at start would be fine, 7 V is way too low.
