Step 1: Find Cheap EG, in this case we found a 93 DX with blown head gasket...

Step 2: Might as well start with the best part.. Pull Motor, pretty straight forward...

Step 3: Prep Engine Bay, drilling out right side mount and installing K20 Bracket, also drilling and rewelding radiator bracket to fit DC5 radiator

Step 4: Prep Engine for Install, remove mounts, header, clean engine

Step 5: Install Engine and misc related parts, bolt in mounts, RCrew P.I.M.P., run shift cables, RCrew PnP wiring harness, K-Pro, fuel system, Ep3 pulley, Rcrew Header, Custom exhaust

Step 6: Now that the cars in the air, install suspension/brake goodies
-GSR Brakes, SS Brake Lines, SK2 Front and Rear Camber Kit

Step 7: Get the frustration out!!!

Step 8: Hope you did everything correct

Step 9: Okay Dyno time! Find a bad ass tuner

Pretty happy with the results
With about 1 hr of tuning....
217 WHP/156 TQ

Specs/Mods:

04' RSX Type S Swap
RCrew Racing Header
5Zigen Fireball Axle Back w/custom piping
K-Pro tuned by "SEFIxCivic"
Short Ram Intake

Feel free to PM or email me with any questions, and comments are always welcome.

The K20 is rotated compared to B series... So the tranny is on the other side of the engine bay. So for the motor to fit, the tranny mount has to go.

removing the trans bracket

the right way to remove it, no sawzall's you hacks!

mine didnt exactly turn out that nicely, however i didnt have holes in my frame... do you know if they just drilled straight into the frame, or if they ripped it off with minimal drilling?

Actually guys, to be completely honest, the R-Crew harness is NOT a copy of the Hasport harness. According to my info, the R-Crew harness was released before Hasport started selling this conversion harness to the public. Please do not bash them for something that they are not guilty of.
