Does anyone know if I can use a Bseries 02 sensor besides the one for the Type S. I got a K20a2.

you must use the primary o2 sensor from the A2.

the primary o2 is a wideband o2. the ecu requires it. if you don't have one you engine won't run right if it runs at all.

huh? The motor will start and run fine. It'll just throw a code and run in open loop.

The K20 primary O2 sensor is *not* a normal wideband sensor. You must use a K20 O2 sensor. If the CRV or A3 uses the same sensor then fine. But it will cost the same I imagine.

Wiring was screwed up - the O2 heater circuit was on permanently i.e. even with the ignition off, burnt out the heater. Took 3 of them to figure it out

I have the same problem. id though have an o2 sensor for the s2000 F20 engine. Can i use this as my primary o2 sensor?

wait, so is the primary 02 sensor from the k20a2 and the a3 the same??? the reason why I ask is because I purchased a primary o2 from honda off of the ep3 si and when I received it, it was the exact o2 as the 99-00 SI o2 sensor
