Hey, I recently read that you don't have to get the K20A2 head for the K24A2. If that's true, do the IPS cams go with the K24A2 head as well??? Will I get the top end power from a K24A2 head vs the K20A2?????

yes , yes and as far as the top end power... my take on it is why rev high if you can make the same power lower?. The motor will appreciate that too.

high revving motorsability has to do with the block too. Not just the head.
with such a high R/S ration high RPM's are not such a good idea.
