The stock B/D regulator only has a barb for the fuel return outlet. You'd have to route a 1/4" I.D. rubber hose from that barb to the fuel return hardline in the engine bay. The stock rubber return hose from the regulator to the chassis fuel return hardline might not be long enough.

With this fuel rail, you would only need one AN stainless or kevlar line (and appropriate adapter fittings) that runs from the filter to the fuel rail inlet.
